  • Shibashi 1 Qigong - This set of exercises are the 18 basic techniques and foundations the Academy teaches.
  • Shibashi 2 Qigong - This set of exercises are another 18 basic techniques and foundations the Academy teaches.
  • Shibashi X Qigong - This is the most advanced Shibashi 18 basic set, it leads you into the movements of the Khor Tai Chi style.
  • Wu Dang Five Animals Qigong - – An exercise set that imitates the movements of animals to help improve the strength and flexibility of the body.
  • Khor Tai Chi Level 1 - The first section of the Khor Tai Chi 108 Style. The most beginner level and introduction into the Tai Chi set.
  • Khor Tai Chi Level 2 - The second section of the Khor Tai Chi 108 Style. The level prepares you for the intermediate part of Tai Chi set.
  • Khor Tai Chi Level 3 - The third section of the Khor Tai Chi 108 Style. The level is at the intermediate level of the Khor Tai Chi set.
  • Lotus Qigong - A simple flowing exercise with Grandmaster Gary Khor. Video is instructional with movements repeated, easy to follow.
  • Lohan 1 Qigong - A stretching exercise set designed by Grandmaster Gary Khor. It is a more physical set to learn. It helps build strength in the body.
  • Wu Shu Level 1 - An intermediate level of learning Wu Shu martial art sets and exercise. Great for people who want to learn fast movements.
  • Wu Shu for Beginners - An introduction to the basics five stances in all Martial Arts and Tai Chi. Easy to learn and follow.

The price for membership is $115.00 every 3 Months.
