Dragon Phoenix Fan
Learn Grandmaster Gary Khor’s signature set from the Academy. The Dragon Phoenix Fan is a combination of Tai Chi and Wu Shu movements. It is fast and snappy but performed slowly.

Eight Golden Treasures
Learn eight movements to nurture and nourish the human body through breathing, stretching, balancing, control and calming the mind. The Eight Golden Treasures are one of the treasures in the Chinese Culture. These Qi Gong exercises are practised widely.

Shibashi X Qigong
A Qi Gong set created by Grandmaster Gary Khor where movements of Tai Chi levels are extracted out and practised individually. This makes the Qi Gong exercise movements easier to learn.
Shibashi X is a combination of basic fundamentals and Tai Chi combined. It is the advanced version of learning Shibashi 1 & 2 (18 basic techniques). Suitbale for all ages and levels.

Mind Power Qi Gong
A simple set of exercises that involves using the mind to create the feeling of the action. Mind Power Qi gong is very simple yet advanced in understanding your body, controlling your movements to harmonise your internal organs with Qi and Blood.
Learning this will increase your blood ciruclation along with your immune system and make you feel warm whilst strengthening your muscles.
