The Beginners package is the basic starting point of learning Tai Chi movements and foundations in the Australian Academy of Tai Chi. The movements are taught by Grandmaster Gary Khor in the videos with instructional voice over. Movements are repeated several times to ensure you are able to follow and practice. The key in learning the basics is practising to strengthen your legs, sinking your weight down and using the muscles to help stabilise the body. In this package you will have 3 DVDs to begin learning the basics and foundations which are:

Shibashi 1 Qigong – This set of exercises are the 18 basic techniques, movements. The core foundation of learning movements that are extracted from Tai Chi.

Shibashi 2 Qigong – This set of exercises are another 18 basic techniques, movements. This is the second part of learning the core foundations in the Academy.

Tai Chi Falls Prevention – Exercises to strengthen the lower limbs, improve posture and help balance the body. Grandmaster Gary Khor teaches the importance and methods of preventing falls.
